Production and shipment
Made to order – After your order is received, production is started by expert hands and this takes approximately 2-3 business days. Once the great job is completed we will send the shoes by express.

We offer Free Shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Turkey.

Please note we are unable to deliver PO Boxes and DPO addresses.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States – Canada : 4 – 8 Days
• Europe: 3 – 8 Days
• Rest of the world: 4 – 12 Days

To Middle East Countries, we are charging $20

To Australia, Japan, China and New Zealand, we are charging $20

About the customs duties and fees:
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

About US Orders:
For US orders, you don’t need to worry about import duties and customs taxes.

About EU Orders:
All prices shown on our website already have VAT included and will no longer add customs processing fees when the package is delivered if the order value is is under €150. This means there will be no more surprise fees when you’re receiving items.

How will I track my shipment?
As soon as your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail notification. This notification will tell you that your package has been shipped and give you a tracking number.
