    The shipping cost of sending the product back to the seller for exchange belongs to the buyer.
    Upon receiving any product(s) from you for exchange, we will send you back the products(s) in their requested new size(s) FREE OF CHARGE.
    There are no returns or exchanges for personalized items.

    Each pair of shoes you purchase from Ruby Barefoot Shoes is carefully handmade to order by artisan craftsmen.
    We cannot accept returns as each pair you purchase is a unique sample made just for you.

    CONDITIONS OF RETURN
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ruby barefoot sandals have narrow heels wide toe box compared to standard barefoot sandals.
