How to Measure Your Foot to Find the Right Shoe Size

To accurately measure your foot, place a piece of paper on a flat surface and stand on it, distributing your weight evenly. Holding the pen straight, trace the outline of your foot. Measure the distance from your heel to the tip of your longest toe – this is your foot length. Also measure the widest part of your foot – this is your foot width. Compare the result to the size chart, and if you fall between sizes, choose the smaller one. This is because barefoot shoes tend to have slightly wider fits than regular shoes.
